Shipping policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. 

Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for standard orders.  Orders with cut items generally ship within 6-8 business days.

Custom and/or PreOrder Items estimated ship date will be listed on the Item listing. Please notice if you order a PreOrder or custom Item along with other items, your FULL order will not ship until all Item are in stock unless requested otherwise. Requests for items to be shipped prior to custom or preorders can be sent to sales@ivylove.co
