Shipping 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. 

Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for standard orders.  Orders with cut items generally ship within 9-12 business days.

Custom and/or PreOrder Items estimated ship date will be listed on the Item listing. Please notice if you order a PreOrder or custom Item along with other items, your FULL order will not ship until all Item are in stock unless requested otherwise. Requests for items to be shipped prior to custom or preorders can be sent to sales@ivylove.co

IvyLove.co is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with USPS
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please visit the USPS website.

We will try and help in any way we can and will do everything on the front end to ensure your package gets to you.
